Monday Adventures

We arrived is Osoyoos around noon. The drive here was beautiful. The highway from Oliver to Osoyoos has winery after winery along with fruit orchards and stands. The NK’MIP campground is outstanding and we have a site on the water. It is sunny and 20 degrees. So peaceful here. Sitting outside having lunch and a beveridge.

We can see why they call Osoyoos a desert as on our walk around the campground, we saw cacti and a beware sign for rattlesnakes! Took a drive to the winery and had a glass of Merlot on their patio ... what a view. The waitress was so funny. Took a photo of the Merlot grapes. The resort is beautiful ... would be a nice place to stay. Drove through town and then came back to have our left overs from last night.

Sat outside with a cup of tea and then watched a movie. Another great day.
