Visit with Jenna

We stopped in Castlegar to take advantage of visiting Jenna. Unfortunately Dustin was working but we had a great visit with Jenna and Lennyn. They recently moved here as Dustin got an Assistant Coaching job with the Trail Smoke Eaters Junior A Hockey Club along side Jeff Tambellini.

They have a condo on the Columbia River. The view is spectacular. There is only a provincial park and Marina around them ... pretty secluded. We thought our GPS got us lost as it was a long and winding ride along the river. Their condo is very nice and has a hot tub on the front veranda. Lennyn is adorable and so quiet. Jenna is slowly starting to meet other moms. With Dustin’s job, Jenna is alone a lot with Lennyn but she is fine with that.

Jenna was kind enough to make supper for us ... a delicious chicken stir fry and rice. Was so nice to see her. It was dark on the way back so we drove slowly ... thank goodness as two black bears ran in front of our car!
